Explore Analytics

Agency Analytics for Northbound Talent's nine clients: IShowSpeed, Jason Derulo, Theo Von, Sommer Ray, Sergio Kun Agüero, Ryan Garcia, Rick Ross, Ashton Hall and Jamie Foxx. The range switches from 7 days to 30 days, each creator's profile views, link clicks, CTR and sales count up, and Roster leaderboard re-ranks them by profile views: Jason Derulo moves to the top. Roster audience adds up their real follower totals, and below it Geographic Analytics shows the top countries and Top web links shows the links fans tapped most, with real link titles from their pages.

Open any talent. Work as them.

Managers work inside each client’s account: the page, Post to All, automations and leads, without sharing a password.

Theo Von’s and Sergio Kun Agüero’s real Linkme pages and links. The agency, the manager, the steps and every figure are illustrative.

On the agency's Users page, with nine client cards, the camera moves in on Theo Von's card and the manager presses the edit button under it, Edit / Act as user. Theo Von's own account grows out of that button, under the banner Acting as Theo Von, @theovon · Northbound Talent. His Draft link Be Good To Yourself Collection gets the Big size, then the Shine animation, then is switched on and turns Live, and on his real Linkme page the tile opens into place and shines once. Then his account folds back into his card on the Users page.

Post for every client, to every network

Each post goes to that client’s own connected networks: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn. Plan the roster’s week from one login.

Explore Post to All

In the Post to All composer, IShowSpeed drags in his clip, which uploads and plays. He clicks the caption box and presses Write with Link, and Link writes the caption word by word. Select all switches on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn, and he presses Post to All. The post lifts out as a card, lines run from it into the seven networks, all seven fill and turn green at the same moment, and the status reads Published to all!

Every sale on the roster, counted

Merch, downloads, courses and tips on every talent’s page. The roster adds up each talent’s sales, and each talent is paid through Stripe.

Jamie Foxx’s real Linkme page, tee and price. The agency and every sales figure are illustrative.

Explore Sell & Monetize

On Jamie Foxx's real Linkme page a fan taps the Influencer Tee at $55.00, picks size L, presses Add to Cart, then Pay Now at checkout, and a short confirmation rises over his page: Thank you! Your order is confirmed. In the agency's roster ranked by sales, Jamie Foxx's row rolls up by $55 for that one order, with a +$55 New order note, and the roster total follows.

Explore Analytics

Agency Analytics already filtered to Jason Derulo: the creator pill shows him, with his Profile Views, Link Clicks, Total Interactions and Engagement Rate, his real links led by Jason Derulo - Who Hurt You, and his traffic sources. The manager presses Reports and his Executive summary for the last 30 days comes in, with Top link, Top source, Top place, the daily views line and Save PDF. Then Analytics is pressed and the live tab comes back.

The right access for every manager

Owners hold the subscription, the roster and the settings. Managers work every account or only the ones you assign. Talent keep their own login.

The agency and its team are illustrative. The talent accounts are real Linkme pages.

The agency's Users list shows Dana Weiss as Owner, Maya Oren as a Super Manager, Avi Rosen with All Users Access, Jonah Pratt as a Member and an invited user waiting for approval. The manager opens Jonah's menu (Edit / Act as user, Make Manager, Duplicate User, Reset Password, Remove from Agency) and picks Make Manager, and Add a manager grows out of that item. Selected accounts is on, Theo Von and Sommer Ray are assigned, and the note says managers get full access to the assigned accounts' profiles, Post to All, Automations and Leads, but not the inbox or agency administration. On Save access the dialog folds back into Jonah's row, which now reads Manager with Specific Users Access.

Live in three steps

Most agencies start with a handful of talent and add the rest as each page is ready. We can walk your team through it on a call.

  1. 01

    Invite your roster

Invite talent who already have a Linkme page by username, or create a managed account for them. Every seat gets Pro.

  2. 02

    Build their pages

Act as each talent to set up their page, links and look. Their current links keep working while you build.

  3. 03

Swap the link in every profile

When a page is ready, put its link.me address in the talent’s social profiles. Every page also has its own QR code. Their old links keep working until you switch.

Agency plan: $100 a month with five talent profiles, $20 a month for each one after, 20 percent off yearly. Every seat gets Pro. Larger rosters run on a custom Enterprise agreement.

Book an agency demo

How does agency pricing work?

The Agency plan is $100 a month and includes five client profiles. Each additional profile is $20 a month, and the plan is 20 percent off when you pay yearly. You can start on your own, or book a call to walk through your roster first. Enterprise is a custom agreement for larger rosters.

How do we move a roster that already has pages somewhere else?

Add each client to the roster from the agency dashboard: invite their existing Linkme account by username, or create a managed account for them. Build their page, acting as the client if you want to edit it yourself, then swap the link in their social profiles to their link.me address. Their old page stays live until you swap that link.

Are there fees on sales?

Yes. Sales through Linkme carry a Linkme platform fee, a percentage set by the seller's plan, plus Stripe's processing fee. Client profiles on the Agency plan run Linkme Pro, which is the lower fee tier. Each talent is paid out through Stripe, and the exact percentages are shown in the Transaction Fees and Earnings panel.

Can the agency take its commission through Linkme?

No. Each talent is paid out to their own Stripe account, and the agency sees every talent's sales in the roster view. Settle commission with your talent the way you do now.

Who controls what inside the workspace?

Four roles: Owner, Super Manager, Manager and Member, and a talent you invite shows as Invited until they accept. The owner holds the subscription, adds or removes clients and appoints managers. Managers run every account or only the ones you assign them, and a Super Manager can also add and remove people. Clients are members with their own login. A manager acting as a client gets full access to that client's profile, Post to All, automations and leads. Agency settings, billing and seats stay with the owner.

Is this only for influencer agencies?

No. Anyone who runs Linkme pages for more than one person uses the same workspace: talent agencies, sports agents, music managers and brand partnership teams. Each client is one profile on the roster, and you manage all of them from one login.

What analytics does the agency dashboard show?

The roster view shows profile views, link clicks, average click-through rate and sales for 7, 30 or 90 days against the period before, with a leaderboard that ranks every client, the roster's followers across connected accounts, a country breakdown and the links getting the clicks. Pick one client to see their profile views, link clicks, total interactions and engagement rate. Views and clicks are measured on the Linkme pages; follower counts come from each connected account.

Can we post to every talent's channels at once?

Not in one go. Post to All works per account: each client's post goes to that client's own connected networks (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn), right away or on a schedule. From the agency dashboard a manager acts as each client in turn to post, set up automations and work their leads.

Do we own the audience our talent build?

The contacts stay with the client whose page collected them. When a fan shares their email or phone through Connect with or a form, it lands in that client's Leads, which export to CSV at any time. There is no agency wide contact list: each talent's list stays with that talent.

Can Linkme reply to comments automatically?

Yes, on Instagram and Facebook. Pick a post and a trigger, a keyword or any comment, and Linkme replies to the comment and sends the commenter a DM with a link: the client's Linkme page or any URL you enter. It can also answer inbound DMs. Each automation reports Total Activations, Total Clicks and Overall CTR, and it is set up inside each client's own account.

How do we report results back to clients?

Straight from Analytics. Pick the client in the creators filter, set the date range, and you get their profile views, link clicks, total interactions and engagement rate for that period, plus their top links, traffic sources and a country and city breakdown. Copy the numbers, screenshot the view or save the report as a PDF for your client update.
